What is the situation of your operation?
We make fruits in arboriculture. We have been organic since 2008. We have been operators in this area for two generations, and my daughter, who has just moved in, will eventually take over the entire operation.
Tell us a word about the craft itself, and if you have a secret.
I started my career in viticulture, but my passion has always been arboriculture. My pleasure is to walk every morning and go around my farms. We have gone organic in the face of the obvious: the future is a challenge for everyone. Otherwise, I am surrounded by a competent team that is constantly innovating. After years of research, we have finally managed to find a technical itinerary that satisfies us, but, of course, each year brings us its share of challenges. What were your motivations for joining the Coop?
I always said that being alone was a weakness, together we go further. The Coop also offers national visibility for my Corsican products.
