How long have you been making citrus fruits?

I took over the family business from my father-in-law about twenty years ago. And I’ve been in bio for 5 years.

Why did you choose organic?

I was already in a process of reducing inputs by eliminating the use of herbicides on the farm. It was therefore natural to convert to AB.

What do you think of the role of the Coop?

It allows a great diversity of product marketing, has a commercial reactivity. Its promotion of national products – it makes them visible on a national scale – is coupled with an ethic on working conditions. It considers small sizes and optimizes waste recycling.
