What do you like in your job?

What I like in my job? Starting from a seed and arriving at a beautiful plant. My family has always been in sheep farming (milk for Roquefort). I started in organic. The idea of feeding people while respecting the earth sounds like me. I work in Mediterranean shelter and in open field culture.

Do you have a philosophy?

My philosophy is very simple: to love the living and to produce work that is conscientious and respectful of the environment. We don’t inherit the earth from our ancestors, we borrow it from our children…

Why did you trust the Coop?

For me, the Coop is a very good structure, efficient and professional, with good sales power.

Outside of work, do you have any activities?

Yes, I practice mountain biking, canyoning, skiing and hiking.
