Tell us about your job?

We have been fruit and vegetable operators based in Saint-Gilles for three generations. We went organic in 1998. My trick, or rather my philosophy can be summed up in, a bit of determination, a hint of passion and a lot of love. I especially like the fact of participating in feeding the population, and also to have a healthier life.

Why did you trust the Coop?

I believe that with the Coop, managed by farmers for farmers, we simply go further by being together. This allows, thanks to technical monitoring and group meetings, to work even better and obtain beautiful fruits and beautiful vegetables.

Apart from agriculture, do you have
other passions or hobbies?

Yes, I love hiking, kitsurfing, motorcycling and cooking.
