How long have you been a farmer, and since when in organic?
For me it was a reconversion and somewhere a second wind… I have been in organic farming since 2012. I only work in arboriculture, being an apple producer.
Why did you choose this type of culture and why organic?
I prefer trees and so I turned to arboriculture rather than market gardening, I love this contact that we can have with nature and all the ecological side. I chose organic farming in order to produce healthy food for better health.
Why did you trust the COOP?
Because for me the human is very important, and I have total confidence in the leaders of the COOP.
What do you consider to be the strengths of the COOP?
Without hesitation, the relationship that the Coop maintains with us, member producers.
How do you manage to have “beautiful” fruits?
I apply the advice of the Coop as well as that of the GRCETA (Research Group on Agricultural Cultures and Techniques).
