How long have you been farming citrus?

I am the second generation. And organic since 2019. I work in arboriculture, some of which is terraced.

Why this choice?

It’s a crop that we know well in our family since my father has been a citrus grower since the late 1970s

What do you like in your job ?

The freedom, the open air, the green spaces. The choice of organic farming came from a global reflection within our cooperative, which led us to convert.

Why did you choose the COOP ?

The fact that I met several times and got to know the commercial director and part of his board of directors better convinced me of his seriousness.

What are its points?

Its seriousness, its organization, the financial security.

When you are not working, what do you like to do?

It depends on the season and the opportunities, no specific hobbies, it consists more of spending time with my family, ski vacations in winter, the beach in summer…
