Tell us a bit about yourself?
We have been producing apricots, courgettes, salads, lamb’s lettuce and watermelons for two generations. We work in open fields, in greenhouses and in arboriculture. We have been organic since 2007.
Why Organic?
We thus respect our convictions and are in tune with nature, that is to say the cycle of life. It requires passion and adaptation, it’s motivating. It could also be that our children will take over the business…
A recipe, a secret?
No, work. Observation, responsiveness. Be well trained and stay informed.
Why did you trust the COOP?
We share the same vision as the group. We also love its diversity.
And outside of work?
We share time with our friends. The family is also central. Afterwards, hikes, sports and… beekeeping.
