How long have you been working in Bio?

Since 2018, we wanted to avoid the use of chemicals. Our specialties are arboriculture and viticulture. We have been operators for 4 generations already, and I am sure that the succession is assured. The children are just as invested as we are, this is an immense pride and joy, you can imagine!

What do you like in your job?

The direct contact with nature, all the production work, but also this independence that we have.
