How long have you been a farmer, and since when in organic?

I am the first generation, and in organic since 2014. I work in a cold shelter.

Why this job, what do you like about it?

In my job, what excites me is following the evolution of cultures.

Why did you choose organic farming?

To work healthily and provide as many people as possible with “clean” food.

How do you manage to have “beautiful” fruits and vegetables?

No real secrets, it’s mostly work and observation.

Why did you trust the COOP?

For the Cooperative spirit, the commercial security as well as its strong point its commercial office.

When you are not working what do you like to do?

I love sports, especially tennis.
