Tell us about your work?

We have been growing apricots, pears and apples for two generations – and maybe the kids will continue. We have been organic since 2000. We have gone organic so as not to use toxic products and feed the population as healthily as possible. This job, for us, represents work in the great outdoors, diversity, and it allows me to make decisions. We love trees.

Is there a way to get quality fruit?

Yes of course. Having support and getting help from a technician is a plus. Well, disappointment is part of the job, because you have to be demanding. The challenge is to find the energy to always do better.

What are the strengths of the Coop?

Its dynamism. And also the security it brings.
